Kristy really knows her spa chemistry. She explained what was going on with my water in a way that actually made sense, and it’s been crystal clear ever since. You can tell she knows her stuff and isn’t just guessing.

Keely, the service manager, is great to work with too. Super helpful, easy to get ahold of, and always on top of scheduling. Just makes everything simple.

If you’ve got a hot tub and don’t want to deal with the headache, call them. Totally worth it.

Stop in the Draper store yesterday just to look, get an idea on pricing and see some hot tub models. Cory greeted us with a welcoming personality and answered multiple questions we threw at him. He spent a descent amount of time with us and his excitement didn’t waiver. He wasn’t pushy, and was actually patient with the time we took on making our decision. Local backing and service of the product was a huge determinant in deciding on making a purchase from his company. Great hospitality, clean store, highly recommended.

Greatest place to buy a hot tub. Are they more expensive then most, yes. Is the product and the service worth the price, also yes.

The team at Hot Tub Factory Outlet are top notch! We bought a 20 foot swim spot from them and they were amazing to work with. They answered all of our questions and helped assist during the design phase of our outdoor living project. These guys were so helpful and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hot tub, cold plunge, sauna and more!

Had a great experience at the showroom in Draper. Both sales people we spoke to were knowledgeable and reassuring (Dakota and Cory). Spa was delivered and installers were great and professional. Looking forward to many years of enjoying this Sundance spa.

I usually do not leave a review right off the bat. i wait it out to see if the brand is truly holding up to their service promises.

It is now been almost 9 months and these guys are great to work with. Regardless of the problems, I have not yet experienced anything negative. Be it billing or service. They are ALWAYS very empathetic to situations and I have always received the best customer service.

Kudos to Braydn (my go-to service person to chat with about issues, Daniel, the service tech is awesome and answered all my questions, went out of his way to help me with a totally unrelated issue. Kyle was the person who sold me the tub WITHOUT false promises.

Keep up the good work guys! You guys have set the bar high for yourselves and as customers, all we need is empathy and consistent good customer service—-> this is where majority of providers lose business.
