BEST HOT TUB DEALER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! My husband and I had been researching hot tubs for about a year and had been everywhere. Every dealer we had gone to was over priced and their sales people didnt seem genuine at all. The Hot tub Factory Outlet was new in Ogden so we decided to stop in one day. We met Peter, and with 40 minutes we got the perfect hot tub, saved thousands, a lifetime warranty on the shell ( I couldn't find that deal anywhere else), he gave us a free start up kit and his cell number to shownus how much he was dedicated to his customer. Once we bought our tub, Peter's professionalism and customer care didn't stop there. I called several times with additional questions and he always answered and took time to assist us with whatever we needed. Thank you Peter!!!
