We had a great experience buying our hot tub from The Hot Tub Factory Outlet. I stopped in several times—probably six or seven visits total between the Sandy and Draper stores—and every time, everyone we worked with was helpful and easy to talk to.
Dakota at the Draper store was knowledgeable and took time to answer all our questions and help us narrow things down. At the Sandy store, Kristy had some really helpful suggestions. We were originally looking at a larger tub, but she pointed out some things we hadn’t thought about, like being able to comfortably reach the jets. Since both of us are on the shorter side, going with a tub one size smaller made more sense once she brought that up. Her recommendation of a different model was key so that we can actually enjoy all of the jets in the tub and reach them comfortably. She also helped with understanding the bromine system and gave helpful tips for maintenance.
Mike really went above and beyond coordinating a tricky delivery. He arranged for two crews without hesitation. From the moment they arrived, the delivery team introduced themselves and were very professional and careful the entire time. They removed our old hot tub up a steep hill and brought the new one down it, all without damaging any landscaping or either hot tub. They were friendly, respectful, and set everything up exactly how we wanted it.
Overall, we felt taken care of the whole way through and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. We love the hot tub.
