I usually do not leave a review right off the bat. i wait it out to see if the brand is truly holding up to their service promises.
It is now been almost 9 months and these guys are great to work with. Regardless of the problems, I have not yet experienced anything negative. Be it billing or service. They are ALWAYS very empathetic to situations and I have always received the best customer service.
Kudos to Braydn (my go-to service person to chat with about issues, Daniel, the service tech is awesome and answered all my questions, went out of his way to help me with a totally unrelated issue. Kyle was the person who sold me the tub WITHOUT false promises.
Keep up the good work guys! You guys have set the bar high for yourselves and as customers, all we need is empathy and consistent good customer service—-> this is where majority of providers lose business.
