We purchased our first ever hot tub from here last week and we could not be happier with our experience. Kyle was wonderful in assisting us through the process; he patiently explained our options via email, text, and in person. He didn't "hover" and was not overly pushy. We took our time and compared prices and models with several other locations/manufacturers. We returned to this location due to their price and the calm environment. Our spa was delivered yesterday and we've already enjoyed using it as a family. Super simple to set up and run. We're looking forward to having it a long time.

Don’t buy a hot tub from anyone else, just the best all the way around. Have had a few minor issues with the hot tub and they are on top of it (and I live in Tooele County)from the sales to the ones that have taken care of the issues. Totally worth the money, highly recommend.

We just purchased a hot tub and Boston helped us out. He was beyond knowledgeable and so helpful! We love that he suggested us sitting in them to see how they felt. We quickly changed our minds to a different hot tub than we had originally wanted. We had our kids two young kids with us as well and it was great being supported in the environment to get in and it of multiple tubs with our little kids. Boston was amazing! We bought the Tokyo hot tub. It has a the number of jets we wanted for about 5k less than hot tubs with the same features at the other stores nearby. We went to 6 different stores and this was by far the best deal!

No sales pressure at all, very informative staff. Kyle & Boston were very patient and answered all my questions before purchasing my hot tub. I would HIGHLY recommend if you’re looking into buying a hot tub!I was happy to see from online consumer reports that the hot tubs offered here are the same quality of Bullfrog hot tubs but much cheaper!
