Kyle was awesome he answered all our questions. He showed us the difference between the 2 different hot tubs they carry. He is very knowledgeable on what he is selling was not pushy at all. The store was great very clean.

These guys were great! They helped me out with everything with my situation and getting me set up with installing the hot tub in my deck. Very friendly. Kyle was very helpful and hooked me up with a great deal on my hot tub!

I'm so glad we found this place. A hot tub is a big expense and we just haven't felt comfortable with any other store and their products. Boston is an absolute delight, he is so knowledgeable. He just feels like a buddy that is giving you advice. Everything was easy. Finding the right model, financials, scheduling—they make it so easy. We were shopping for a hot tub for over a year and didn't like the experience of the Expo Center, Fair, or other shops. It was either a value price with no support or highly expensive with a pressured sales team.

We purchased our first ever hot tub from here last week and we could not be happier with our experience. Kyle was wonderful in assisting us through the process; he patiently explained our options via email, text, and in person. He didn't "hover" and was not overly pushy. We took our time and compared prices and models with several other locations/manufacturers. We returned to this location due to their price and the calm environment. Our spa was delivered yesterday and we've already enjoyed using it as a family. Super simple to set up and run. We're looking forward to having it a long time.

Don’t buy a hot tub from anyone else, just the best all the way around. Have had a few minor issues with the hot tub and they are on top of it (and I live in Tooele County)from the sales to the ones that have taken care of the issues. Totally worth the money, highly recommend.

We just purchased a hot tub and Boston helped us out. He was beyond knowledgeable and so helpful! We love that he suggested us sitting in them to see how they felt. We quickly changed our minds to a different hot tub than we had originally wanted. We had our kids two young kids with us as well and it was great being supported in the environment to get in and it of multiple tubs with our little kids.
